Temporary Customer Support

Location: Shipley, Bradford
Temporary Assignment 3 Months
Monday to Friday: 8 – 4.30pm or 9 -5pm – Free Parking
£13 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Customer Support professional to assist with a busy, detail-heavy project.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys working with data, documentation, and organised processes. You will provide essential administrative support, focusing heavily on data handling and document management. Accuracy and attention to detail will be key, as you’ll be working with important records and financial-related information.

Key Responsibilities

• Merging and formatting files and documents
• Accurately inputting large volumes of data
• Reviewing and checking debt lists for accuracy
• Sending out correspondence to customers
• Identifying inconsistencies and correcting errors
• Maintaining organised digital records and files
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
• Chasing customer payment information 
• An element of customer service support

About You

• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Excellent data entry and administrative skills
• Confident working with spreadsheets and documents
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus and consistency
• Organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines
• Previous admin or data entry experience is highly desirable
