Customer Service

Monday to Friday working hours fully office based but quite flexible 8-4 or 8.30-4.30 or 9-5

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to a diverse portfolio of Wholesale customers, including Key Accounts, Marketplaces and Independent Retailers.
• Act as a key point of contact for allocated customers, building strong, professional relationships and ensuring they receive a responsive, knowledgeable and reliable service.
• Take ownership of customer orders from initial placement through to successful delivery, keeping customers informed and proactively managing any issues that may arise.
• Manage customer order books and ensure orders are accurately processed and updated on internal systems, including NetSuite.
• Keep customers regularly updated on stock availability, order progress, delivery schedules and any changes that may impact their orders.
• Work closely with the Distribution Centre to coordinate the packing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring agreed delivery schedules and customer expectations are met.
• Proactively resolve customer queries and delivery issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners to find effective solutions and keep customers informed throughout.
• Work across multiple systems to process orders, maintain accurate customer information and ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and continuously deliver a high standard of service.
• Monitor customer feedback and recurring queries, identifying areas where processes can be improved to make the customer experience smoother and more efficient.
• Maintain clear and accurate process documentation to support consistent customer service and assist with the training of new and existing colleagues.
• Produce and manage relevant customer and business reports, using data to monitor service levels, order performance and customer targets.
• Provide regular and accurate updates to the Customer Service Manager on customer activity, order performance and any issues requiring further support.
