Duration: 3-6 months
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our client's team based in Halifax on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator who is looking for a temporary role within a busy and professional working environment.

• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Managing emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries
• Updating and maintaining records and databases
• Preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets
• Filing and organising paperwork
• Processing information accurately and efficiently
• Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Previous administration or office-based experience
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
