Job Description:

Albion Search are working closely with a high quality contractor within the commercial sector, based in West Yorkshire. 

Our client are looking for a highly organised individual with analytical qualities to join the team, on a temporary - permanent basis.

You’ll be joining a driven and proactive team, who are passionate about delivering an exceptional service and making things happen!

As Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the business and successful delivery of service, both liaising with clients and assisting colleagues.

The Role:

• Liaising with clients, booking of appointments
• Manging own contract workload
• Answering telephone calls, fielding enquiries
• Inputting job costs onto the system
• Coordinating any wage enquiries
• Ordering supplies
• Liaising with Local Authorities
• Administrative support to the team as and when required
• Processing data related to the weekly and monthly stats from start to finish.
   

What our client are looking for:

• Three year’s experience in the Administrative Sector
• Excellent attention to detail / Analytical
• A proactive individual able to think for themselves
• A good knowledge of excel
• A team player
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Emails and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills

The position is permanent, working hours are 8:00-4:00 and based in the office full time with parking available.
