An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing organisation with UK and international markets.

This is a genuine new business and growth role. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, winning new customers, developing existing accounts and building a strong sales pipeline.

What you'll be doing

• Generating new business through research, prospecting, cold calling and networking.
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Developing existing customer relationships and increasing revenue.
• Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements.
• Using CRM to manage opportunities and deliver against KPIs.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to shape growth strategies.

What we're looking for

A proactive, tenacious and commercially minded sales professional with a proven track record in business development and customer relationship building.

You'll need strong communication and negotiation skills, a structured approach to sales, commercial awareness and the resilience to work in a target-driven environment.

B2B experience within engineering, components or parts would be highly advantageous.

On offer

• Salary to £40,000
• Bonus to 15%
• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
• Pension
• Office hours - Monday-Thursday: 8:50am-5:00pm, Friday: 8:50am-4:30pm
