 We’re Hiring: Sales / Business Development Executive

 Location: Crossgates, Leeds (Office-Based, Full Time)
 Industry: Construction Labour Hire
 Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + realistic OTE of £50,000+

We’re a well-established labour hire company, supplying temporary trades and labour to the construction industry across the UK. In line with our growth plans, we’re looking to add a Sales / Business Development Executive to our Leeds-based team.

Main Duties:

• Identifying and reaching out to new and lapsed clients in the construction industry
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working alongside our recruitment and delivery team to ensure excellent service
• Hitting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business
• Bringing energy, enthusiasm and ideas to the office each day

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous B2B sales experience is essential (industry background is flexible)
• Confident, outgoing and a natural communicator
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• A team player who thrives in a busy, supportive environment
• Someone who enjoys and can contribute to a lively office environment.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary of £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Realistic OTE of £55,000+
