Job Title: Account Administrator
Location: Bradford
Pay Rate: £13 per hour 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday working (08:00 - 16:00)
Experience:  6 Months Experience required
Contract: Temporary
 
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Nexus People are looking for an Account Administrator in Bradford to work with our client who is one of the UK's leading distribution and logistics suppliers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding customer service experience
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong, positive customer relationships.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner
• Improve customer service functions to meet company goals
• Liaising with Account Managers 

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 3PL experience
• Previous experience within a customer service environment
• Intermediate with Microsoft Office Systems
• Confident using IT systems to input and extract data
• Experience of warehousing processes
• Effective communicator – written and oral
• Organised and able to work accurately
• Meeting deadlines set by the company

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.

You must have a strong grasp of the English language to be considered for this role.
