Looking for a Monday to Friday production role with a choice of fixed shifts?

📍 Location: Normanton, WF6

💷 Pay: £12.71 – £13.71 per hour

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday – Fixed ShiftsMorning Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm | £12.71 per hour
Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm | £13.71 per hour

We’re recruiting General Operatives to join GNG Group, an established West Yorkshire manufacturer specialising in high-quality performance foam products.
From domestic and medical mattresses through to specialist sports and safety products, GNG Group manufactures a wide range of products from its UK facilities – and they’re looking for reliable General Operatives to join the team in Normanton.

Key Responsibilities
As a General Operative, your duties will include:
Supporting day-to-day production
Handling and loading materials and foam products
Assisting with assembly and packing of finished products
Carrying out basic quality checks
Ensuring products are handled correctly throughout production
Working towards daily production requirements
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised
Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Essential Skills

Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience would be useful, but most importantly we’re looking for people with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in.
This is a great opportunity for a General Operative looking for regular Monday-to-Friday hours without rotating between mornings and afternoons.
