Senior Finance Business Partner
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading organisation in a highly visible Senior Finance Business Partner position, partnering directly with senior operational and commercial leaders across a complex, fast-paced business.

You'll become a trusted advisor to the leadership team, helping shape commercial decisions, challenge performance, improve profitability and influence strategic direction. This is far more than budgeting and reporting it's about driving business performance through insight, challenge and partnership.

The Role

• Partner senior operational and commercial stakeholders to drive financial performance across multiple business areas.
• Deliver meaningful commercial insight, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margins and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Challenge investment decisions, pricing strategies and commercial initiatives.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and financial processes.
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team while championing best practice across the wider function.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business performance analysis.
• Naturally curious with the confidence to question, influence and drive change.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing people and improving finance processes.
