Self-Employed Surveyor - Level 2 Homebuyer Reports
 
£300 per job | Work where you live | Fast payment terms
 
If you're a surveyor who knows their way around a Level 2 homebuyer report — and you'd rather work on your own terms — this one's for you.
 
You'll be sent jobs in your local area. You attend the property, carry out the survey, and submit your report (software is also provided by the company). That's it.
 
You'll be working with a company that already has a highly successful panel of surveyors — and you'll be paid £300.00 + Vat regardless of size for a Level 2 survey (without valuation)
 
It's freelance work. You decide how many surveys you want to take on. Ideal if you're juggling other clients or want more control over your week.
 
You'll need:

• AssocRICS or higher
• Experience conducting Level 2 homebuyer reports
• RICS Registered Valuer status
• Your own PI and ability to work self-employed
• Work where you live, earn per job, and stop waiting 30 days to get paid.
