Sales Manager; Social Enterprise Food Producer
Location: North Yorkshire, with regular travel
Hours: Full-time or part-time considered
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent
Essential: Full, clean driving licence with access to own vehicle

We're working with a brilliant social enterprise that produces handcrafted artisan food products, made by a talented production team supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. They're now on the hunt for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to help grow the customer base, build new partnerships and expand their reach, all while championing the people at the heart of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving sales across retail, wholesale and corporate markets
• Building relationships with new and existing customers, partners and stockists
• Developing sales strategies that align with the company's social purpose
• Supporting seasonal campaigns (Christmas gifting, events, fairs)
• Working closely with the production team to align supply and demand
• Representing the business at external events and showcases
• Championing inclusive employment as part of the wider mission

What they're looking for:

• Proven sales experience, food, gifting or ethical retail background a bonus
• Confident generating leads, negotiating deals and hitting targets
• Genuine passion for social enterprise and doing business for good
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, happy working solo or as part of a team
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel locally
