Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Sales Team and Managing Directors with a range of administrative tasks.
- Progressing property sales from reservation through to completion.
- Monitoring key dates, chasing outstanding actions and keeping sales on track.
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, purchasers, contractors and internal teams.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and sales documentation.
- Coordinating completion requirements and ensuring paperwork and certificates are in place.
- Preparing customer completion packs
- Maintaining accurate sales records, reports and price lists.
- Working closely with Customer Care to ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Supporting the wider business with general administration when required.
You’ll be a highly organised and detail-focused administrator who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Is proactive and confident chasing information and outstanding actions.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with a range of people.
- Can manage changing priorities without losing sight of deadlines.
- Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Learns new systems and processes quickly.
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
- Enjoys working as part of a small, friendly and collaborative team.
Experience
Experience within property, housebuilding, construction, conveyancing, sales progression or customer care would be advantageous, but it’s not essential.
What’s more important is your ability to stay organised, work accurately, communicate confidently and keep things moving.
Experience using CRM, database or case-management systems would be useful, although full training will be provided on the company’s specialist systems.
Why Apply?
- Join an established and successful Yorkshire business.
- Varied role with genuine responsibility and involvement across the business.
- Friendly, close-knit Head Office environment.
- Opportunity to work closely with senior management.
- Full training provided on industry-specific systems.
- Monday–Friday working hours with an early finish on Fridays.
