Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team based at Dewsbury Business Centre.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with an established client base and immediate opportunities to generate revenue.

You will inherit a warm desk with existing children's home clients and active temporary staffing requirements, allowing you to start building your desk and earning commission from day one.

There is also significant opportunity for progression as the business expands, with future pathways into Senior Consultant, Team Leader, and management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
• Recruiting temporary and permanent staff within children's residential care and social care services
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Advertising vacancies and managing candidate pipelines
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment and onboarding processes
• Achieving individual sales and placement targets

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous recruitment, sales, business development, or account management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and driven approach to work
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment
• A genuine interest in improving outcomes for children and young people through quality recruitment

Experience recruiting within health and social care is desirable but not essential.
