Production Team Leader (Days)

£32,000 - £33,000 + Extensive Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Ideally Located: Dewsbury, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Batley, Crigglestone, Brighouse, Cleckheaton, Halifax, ETC

You will be responsible for leading operators across key production areas, taking responsibility for production output, quality, and health & safety, while supporting the Shift Manager and driving continuous improvement.

This role suits a candidate with experience leading a team who wants responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to develop within a company that prides itself on employee development.

The Role:

• Leading a team of operators across key production areas
• Taking responsibility for production, KPIs, quality and health & safety
• Monday to Friday, Early and lates

The Candidate:

• Previous experience leading a production/operations team in a manufacturing environment
• Confident driving performance against KPIs, with strong health & safety and quality awareness
