Night Shift Manager

Salary: £40,000
Hours: 10pm – 6am
Days: Sunday – Thursday
Location: BD12, Oakenshaw

The Role

We are looking for a strong and confident Night Shift Manager to take ownership of a challenging, fast-paced warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading the team, driving performance and maintaining high standards throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the night shift team.
• Set and drive KPIs alongside Shift Supervisors.
• Monitor productivity, attendance and performance.
• Train, coach and develop staff.
• Manage disciplinary and performance issues.
• Maintain high standards and hold people accountable.
• Lead from the front and drive a strong performance culture.
• Provide clear shift reporting to senior management.

About You

You'll need to be a strong, authoritative leader who isn't afraid of difficult conversations.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous warehouse or operational management experience.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing KPIs and performance.
• Confidence handling disciplinary processes.
• The ability to lead effectively in a challenging environment.
• A hands-on approach and the resilience to work at pace.
