Job Description:

As an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you'll play a key role in supporting the people strategy within a varied media and agency environment in the North. Your day-to-day will involve partnering with teams to provide HR expertise, ensuring the business runs smoothly and achieves its goals.

Description

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Manage employee relations matters, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Contribute to talent management initiatives, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change and development initiatives.
• Analyse HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organisation.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

• Proven experience in a similar HR role within the media or agency industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience handling employee relations and managing HR processes.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.

Job Offer

• Salary range: £50,000- £55,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
• 12-month fixed-term contract in the media and agency industry.
