Description

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Carry out regular property inspections and organise necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations in line with policies.
• Support tenants with their housing needs, including rent payments and any related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property conditions.
• Work with other departments or external organisations to provide additional support services to tenants.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and organisational policies.

Profile

A successful Housing Officer should have:

• Experience in property management or housing-related roles.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with tenants and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
• An understanding of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Problem-solving abilities to address tenant issues and property concerns.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate between £20.00 and £24.00, dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary contract offering flexibility.
