Job Description:

Freelance Project Manager - Civil Engineering and Commercial Groundworks 

Leeds City Centre  - 6 month project

Circa £320 - £400 per day

Project Manager for Foundations, Drainage and Commercial Groundworks packages

One of the UK’s best respected Civil Engineering and Groundworks contractors that 

works on projects ranging from £1m - £10m in value across the UK.   

The Company enjoys working with blue chip clients and has seen steady growth which 

is continuing.  They have a lot of financial stability from an already mature client base 

with work available in core civil engineering and groundworks markets across the UK.

Covering civil engineering and groundworks project work including: 

• Excavations
• Foundations, and Drainage
• Tanks, ponds, etc
• RC and other Concrete works
• Hard and soft landscaping

Project Manager Requirements:

• A strong understanding and experience of commercial groundworks and civil engineering packages
• NEC and JCT knowledge
• SMSTS & CSCS cards

Project Manager Rewards:

• Freelance contract for around 6 months
• Daily rate £350 - £450 depending on experience and location
