Finance Administrator

Leeds | £28,000 - £30,000 DOE | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts administration experience who is looking for a varied role within a friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As Finance Administrator, you will provide support across a range of financial and administrative duties, including:

• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting purchase ledger and payment processes
• Assisting with reconciliations and general banking administration
• Handling petty cash and other day-to-day finance tasks
• Updating and maintaining internal systems and records
• Responding to queries and providing general administrative support
• Liaising with colleagues across different areas of the organisation
• Supporting the wider team with the smooth running of day-to-day operations

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in areas such as:

• Finance Administration
• Accounts Administration
• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Bookkeeping
• General Office Administration with some finance responsibilities

You will need to be organised, reliable and detail-focused, with good communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.

Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
