Service Delivery Manager

Location: Wakefield

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, well established SaaS business who specialise in compliance and energy software.

This individual will own a portfolio of high-value key accounts as their trusted advisor - driving retention, growth, and a seamless client experience on the clients SaaS platform.

What you'll do:

•  Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of key accounts, from operational teams to senior stakeholders
• Lead service reviews, manage escalations, and champion smooth onboarding
• Drive 100% renewal success and identify upsell opportunities across our module set
• Own account growth plans targeting 20% ARR growth
• Keep CRM and reporting sharp -  pipeline, RAG ratings, account docs

What we're looking for:

•  Proven track record in account management, service delivery, or customer success (SaaS/compliance software a plus
• A history of retaining and growing accounts commercially
• Strong relationship-building skills, including with senior stakeholders
• Commercially sharp, organised, and self-motivated
