Customer Account & Supply Chain Coordinator

Fully Office Based Role

We are working with a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business based in Bradford, supporting a portfolio of well-known clients across the food and retail sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production coordinator, account coordination or supply chain professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service, while coordinating production, stock and supply requirements across the business.

The Role

As Customer Account & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for an allocated portfolio of customers, managing the day-to-day requirements needed to ensure orders and production run smoothly.

Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Commercial and Finance teams, you will coordinate customer requirements, plan production activity and ensure stock and component supplies are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for an allocated portfolio of customers
• Planning jobs in line with production schedules
• Coordinating production requirements and monitoring short- and medium-term demand
• Managing incoming and outgoing component supplies
• Supporting effective stock control and identifying opportunities to improve stock efficiency
• Maintaining strong communication across Production, Warehouse, Quality, Commercial and Finance
• Supporting the wider Customer Services team with additional client and operational requirements

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven experience within supply chain, customer service or a similar coordination role

• Experience working alongside a fast-paced production environment
• Strong Excel Knowledge
• Confidence working with high volumes of numerical data
• Experience using an ERP system; SAP experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident, thorough and collaborative approach
• The ability to communicate professionally with customers and senior stakeholders
• A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused attitude
