Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership while managing your own portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.

• Managing advisory projects such as group restructuring, international expansion, acquisitions, disposals and tax efficiency reviews
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Managing deadlines, work-in-progress and billing to ensure commercial performance
• Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Contributing to business development activities including proposals and tenders
• Assisting with technical projects, due diligence and internal training initiatives

This is a varied role offering broad advisory exposure with clear opportunities for progression as the team continues to grow.
What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, CA or CTA (or equivalent)
• Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing tax work
• Exposure to advisory projects such as restructuring, transactions or due diligence
• Solid understanding of UK corporation tax principles across SMEs and larger corporates
• Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to non-specialists
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
