Job Description:

My client is a well-established and highly respected law firm in Leeds, with ambitious plans for continued expansion. Due to the ongoing success of the business, they are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to join their award-winning Residential Conveyancing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has experience within a residential conveyancing environment and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will play an important role in helping the team deliver an exceptional 5-star conveyancing service to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process.
• Assisting with the progression of residential property transactions.
• Communicating regularly with clients and providing excellent levels of service.
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, referrers and other third parties.
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within required timescales.
• Managing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines.
• Providing general administrative and conveyancing support to the wider team.

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• At least 12 months' experience working within a Residential Conveyancing department.
• A good understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service.
