Conveyancer (Buy-to-Let) | Hybrid Working | £40,000 - £65,000 DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist property law firm with an established reputation in the buy-to-let, landlord and lender markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing team that values communication, efficiency and client service, whilst offering manageable caseloads and genuine flexibility.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of buy-to-let and residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with landlords, investors, lenders and introducers.

The role offers exposure to a variety of transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, refinancing, bridging finance and development-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handling buy-to-let purchases, sales and remortgages.
• Liaising with landlords, investors, lenders and brokers.
• Providing clear and proactive client communication.
• Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance standards.
• Building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence.

Package

• Salary £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Buy-to-let conveyancing experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of landlord, investor and lender transactions.
• Experience with bridging or development finance advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage files efficiently and deliver excellent service.
