Communication Support Teaching Assistant

Wakefield

£98 - £110 per day

September 2026 start

Support pupils with speech, language and communication needs to develop confidence, interaction and independence.

Key Focus:

• Visual communication strategies
• Early years / KS1 interventions
• Autism-friendly environments
• Small group communication work

Ideal:

• SEND TA
• Nursery practitioner
• SALT exposure
• Autism support experience
