Job Description:

Chef, £30,000, Harrogate HG2, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, permanent role

Supported by the Catering Manager and experienced kitchen assistants you will be:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Supervising the team to provide an efficient service

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen

• Able to adhere to regulations including food safety and health and safety

• Working with staff across departments to provide an all-round positive experience for customers

As a successful chef we expect that you will have knowledge of traditional British cuisine.

The ability to adhere to food safety and health and safety regulations.

Some catering supervisory or management experience leading a team will be useful but not essential.

This would be an ideal role if you've previously worked in a professional catering environment and you are looking for stable hours and a new challenge in Harrogate.
