Business Development Manager

Home Based - England & Wales
£50,000 Basic + £65,000 OTE + Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client is a well-established business and part of a larger financial services group. They provide a white label conveyancing service that is sold into Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers.

They are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Professional to identify and win new business across England and Wales.

This role is all about prospecting, opening doors, selling a service and building long-term commercial relationships.

• £50,000 basic salary

The Role

• Prospecting for new business across England and Wales, targeting Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers
• Making outbound calls, creating opportunities and presenting the company's service-led proposition
• Onboarding new clients and building strong, long-term commercial relationships
• Developing accounts and increasing the level of business generated

This is predominantly a home-based role, with occasional travel and attending meetings at the Leeds Head Office around once a month.



The Person

You do not need previous experience in conveyancing, mortgages or estate agency. What matters most is your ability to prospect, sell and win new business.

• Strong background in Business Development, B2B Sales or New Business Sales
• Proven experience of prospecting and winning new clients
• Experience of selling a service
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and commercial skills
