Are you an experienced Business Development professional with a background in domiciliary care?

Are you passionate about building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving sustainable growth?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a growing and ambitious care provider based in Harrogate.

This is a key role within the business, giving you the opportunity to build relationships, generate new business and directly influence the growth of the service.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building relationships with private clients, families and key referral partners
• Developing referral networks across the local area
• Engaging with healthcare professionals, case managers and other key stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to increase care hours and revenue
• Attending networking events and meetings to increase the service's profile
• Working closely with the operational team to convert opportunities into care packages
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and referral sources
• Contributing to the wider commercial growth strategy
• Monitoring business development activity and maintaining accurate CRM records

About You

• Experience in business development within care
• A strong understanding of domiciliary care
• Experience developing private-sector relationships
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and revenue
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• The confidence to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline
• A proactive, resilient and target-driven approach
