We're looking for a commercially minded Bid Coordinator / Senior Bid Coordinator who is ready to step into a Bid Manager position and take ownership of the end-to-end bid process.

You don't need to have spent years carrying the Bid Manager title.

If you understand bids, know how to coordinate multiple stakeholders, write compelling submissions and - most importantly - want to take ownership and develop your career, we want to hear from you.

You'll become a key part of a collaborative commercial team, managing and coordinating bids from opportunity through to submission.

You'll work closely with sales, operations, technical and senior management teams to produce high-quality, commercially compelling tenders that give the business the best possible chance of winning.

This is not a role where you'll simply be pushing paperwork around.

You'll have genuine responsibility, visibility and the opportunity to grow into a fully-fledged Bid Manager.

• Managing and coordinating the full bid and tender process from initial opportunity through to submission
• Preparing, writing and producing high-quality tender responses and supporting documentation
• Working with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial and operational information
• Creating bid plans, managing deadlines and ensuring submissions are delivered on time
• Reviewing tender requirements and identifying key requirements, risks and opportunities
• Developing compelling responses that clearly demonstrate value and capability
• Maintaining bid libraries, templates and supporting documentation
• Supporting the continuous improvement of the bid process
• Working closely with the commercial and sales teams to understand the opportunity and what the customer really needs
• Taking increasing ownership of bids as you develop into the Bid Manager role

We're interested in people who have strong bid/tender coordination experience and are ready for their next move.

You might currently be a:

Bid Coordinator | Senior Bid Coordinator | Bid Executive | Tender Coordinator | Proposal Coordinator

-or working in a similar role where you're already taking significant responsibility for bids.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience working on competitive tenders / bids
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and the ability to understand what makes a bid compelling
• A proactive, organised approach
• The ambition to step up and take ownership

Industry experience is useful, but attitude, capability and ambition are just as important.
