We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Ad-Hoc Primary School Support staff across Harrogate In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with primary school students, providing assistance in various capacities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule and a chance to contribute to the development and education of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, including helping with activities, group work, and classroom management.
• One-on-One Support: Provide individual support to students who may need extra help with their learning or have special educational needs.
• Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during break times, field trips, and other activities.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, organising materials, and maintaining a tidy classroom environment.
• Flexible Schedule: Work on an ad-hoc basis, allowing you to choose your availability and work either full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different primary school settings.
• A clear background check and references may be required.
