Job Description:

An experienced Account Manager is required to manage a challenging service delivery, focused on fulfilment, communication and solution management. This role is target driven for retention, renewals and quality, with scope to share new business leads to the sales team to increase your portfolio.

Working Monday to Friday full time with a 8:15 start, this is an office based role but you will be out on client meetings a lot of your working week.

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for this role on behalf of this growing and well respected Elland company.

Duties will include:

• Liaise and consult with your client’s for their service requirements, operational challenges and find the best solutions for their Waste Management. Whilst supporting them with any other offerings for facilities that are offered in other teams.
• Build a pipeline of client requirements, agreements and projections to continually develop your client base, service offerings and business growth.
• Arrange and manage meetings with at least 30 clients per month building relationships and trust in the range of solutions available to commercial clients.
• Presentations and negotiations with clients to secure renewals, contracts and new projects.
• Meet with new clients secured by the sales team and be the first point of contact for their challenges, queries and support, directing to the right internal departments and ensuring all agreements are met.
• Liaising with internal departments for current costs and services and offering updates to clients.
• Frequent checks and analysis of service agreements, and managing the internal communication and direction to ensure requirements are achieved.
• Frequent key performance indicator (KPI’s) reporting and completion of sales reports and forecasts.
• Attending trade shows, charity events and networking to positively promote the brand.

You will have:

• Experience in B2B  account management or perhaps in sales where you want to focus on account management and delivery.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Resilience and drive to work in a highly competitive sector.
• A full UK driving licence. ( A company car or car allowance are offered on top of the salary shown)

The working hours are 8:15 till 5pm Monday and 8:30 to 5pm Tuesday to Thursday, Fridays are a shorter day 8:30 till 4pm.
